Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• $6 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $150!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• If you need expedited shipping, please Contact Us for a rush order (fees will apply).
• FREE local pickup is available in Bulverde Texas (Choose option at checkout.)

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, consumables and food items, customized Items, seasonal Items, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Process of Return:

1. Email returns@thewellclothing.com with subject line 'Return' and your order number. 
2. State reason for return and/or exchange.
3. We will respond within 2-3 business days. 
4. All returns must go through proper channels to be accepted.
