Shipping & Delivery

$5 Flat rate shipping in the Continental United States. Orders will be shipped between 1-5 business days after order has been processed. We pride ourselves on quick delivery, but some order times may take longer than others. If you need an order quicker than ground shipping, please e-mail hello@thewellclothing.com for a rush order ( fee will be included).

 

Returns

ALL RETURNS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

DO NOT REMOVE TAGS IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM(S)

Items can be returned if:

Items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, smoke free, and have the original tags still attached,

Items must be sent back within 14 days of original purchase date. If bought during holiday dates (November 25th-December 25th) , customer may have 40 days to return or exchange. 

Shipping costs for returns are the buyers responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are processed between 3-5 business days.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us at hello@thewellclothing.com so that we can resolve any issue there may be.

Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

All Sale items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or returns on sale items. ALL BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY SALES ARE FINAL.

If you wish to exchange for a different size, state in your email as so and return your item. Once item is received, you will get a store credit for the dollar amount you purchased the item at. We can not guarantee we will have that size still available. You will also be responsible for the shipping on exchanges. 

Process of Return:

  1. Email returns@thewellclothing.com with subject line 'Return' and your order number. 
  2. State reason for return and/or exchange.
  3. We will respond within 2-3 business days. 
  4. All returns must go through proper channels to be accepted
